Soul Kindness is a category that will consist of various workshops to nurture your Soul.

Sandra is a qualified Sacred Drumming Tutor and a Bowl Sound Healer Practitioner for The College of Sound Healing.

1-2-1 sessions £40

Group Sessions - Healing With Sound, come and relax to various sounds including the Koshi Chimes, Crystal & Himalayan Bowls and the deep vibration of the Drum.

Nourish Your Soul is a workshop for relaxation. You will be encouraged to relax to various sounds, use your senses with a plant/flower, then journey into or with that plant/flower to explore what inner weeds need to be removed to allow the new you to emerge.

Ignite The Power Within - we will visit a stone Medicine Wheel, relax with Healing vibrations, journey to find a spirit animal for that day and then come together in a drumming circle to journey with them exploring the findings of the Medicine Wheel.
